Flex meets daily from 2:20-3pm and encompasses a whole host of activities and options for students over the course of each seven-day rotation. 在Flex, students might have music sectionals, 俱乐部会议, 研究小组, 音乐课程, 教师个人会议, 咨询程序, 或者干脆有个自习室. We have found this to be a productive and positive way to end each school day.

“领导实验室” is a required seventh grade course that meets once a rotation in the second semester. The foundation of this two-part course is GA's set of seven fundamental leadership skills:

The second half of the course is project-based. 学生 work in small groups to identify a need in the local community, and then reach out and partner with a local organization to create an awareness campaign to address the identified need. The course culminates with a 'Share Afternoon' in May, during which parents and community members gather to learn about the projects.

Rising eighth graders are presented with several elective options during the spring of their seventh grade year. These optional electives are meant to be a passion project of sorts for both students and faculty. The electives meet once a rotation for either a semester or the entire year.
